We will not record any coaching sessions, support groups, classes or courses, unless we have written consent ahead of time.
You do not have permission to record any coaching sessions, support groups, classes or courses.
If you attend a support group, you may not share any details about other people in an way. Support groups are meant to be confidential and private.
Required by the law
Health and Wellness Coaches are not exempt from the law and must report certain topics. While it is the intention of the Coach to maintain the confidential nature of the Coach/Coachee relationship, the Coachee acknowledges that the law does not recognize that relationship for legal purposes, and that information shared with the Coach may be divulged in a court of law.
