It's important to us to help you in as many ways as we can. We don't always have all the knowledge required. In an effort to still support you, here is some information to get the support you need. Please, take care of yourself.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 988 for support. This connects you to the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. You can call or text 24/7/365 for free and it's confidential. They can help with suicide, mental health, substance misuse and any other kind of emotional distress. You can get crisis support in ASL by visiting 988lifeline.org, selecting the "Deaf and Hard of Hearing" link, then selecting ASL Now. You can call for loved ones you are concerned about as well. For life threatening emergencies, please still call 911 immediately.
